Information stored by the app

The app saves your selected theme, letter mode, and custom text using your device's local settings storage. This lets you pick up with the same preferences next time. Your score is kept only for the current app session. Custom text is not sent to Moonbound Corgis.

Network access and third parties

Bubble Letters has no runtime network dependencies and does not send gameplay or custom text to our servers. Apple may process purchase, download, diagnostic, or TestFlight information under its own policies and your device settings. Information you choose to share through TestFlight feedback or Apple diagnostics may be made available to us by Apple.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any screenshots. We use it to respond and investigate the issue. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell them. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

You can replace or clear custom text within the app. Removing the app removes its local app data; any device or cloud backups remain subject to your Apple settings. To ask about information you have sent us directly, use the support page.

Children's privacy

The app does not collect personal information from its users, including children. If a child has sent personal information in a support message, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.

This website

This policy describes the Bubble Letters app. Our website has a separate website privacy notice covering hosting and support links.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if the app's data practices change and revise the date above. For privacy questions, contact Moonbound Corgis through our support page.
